At the heart of our practice is a diverse team of clinicians who share a systemic, strengths‑based approach. Isabella, an English‑ and Spanish‑speaking therapist with a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy, works with teens (16+) and adults—individually or as couples and families—paying special attention to multicultural and bicultural dynamics. Her focus areas include couples therapy and communication, healing relational wounds and attachment injuries, treating anxiety disorders, and guiding clients through major life transitions such as immigration or moving abroad. Mia, also holding a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy, brings a warm, collaborative style to life‑transition coaching for teen and young‑adult women, premarital and discernment counseling, stress management, and broader relationship concerns. Jeremy, a counselor with a master’s degree and current doctoral studies, integrates Narrative and Feminist perspectives to address trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders, relationship challenges, and multiculturalism.

Kasshay, a Clinical Counseling Intern pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, brings a thoughtful and inclusive lens to her work. She specializes in BIPOC mental health, children and adolescent therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anxiety and depression, and helping clients build emotional resilience during life transitions. Rev. Dr. Annette Melton, an ordained minister and SYMBIS facilitator with a doctorate in Christian Counseling, supports inner‑healing work, faith‑integrated care, premarital preparation, and couples counseling anchored in Biblical principles. Behind the scenes, Alejandra serves as the compassionate heart of our organization, handling all billing with patience and a gentle touch that mirrors the therapeutic environment we strive to create.

Yolanda, who holds both a Master’s in Counseling and a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy, brings deep expertise in anxiety and panic disorders, complex trauma, relationship repair (including infidelity), spirituality, and parent‑child dynamics. Together, our team offers a welcoming, multicultural space where individuals, couples, and families can address life’s challenges, heal wounds, and build resilient, fulfilling relationships.

Kristie, a trained Circle of Security Facilitator, draws on both her parenting training and her lived experience as a wife and mother of three adult sons to help parents cultivate secure attachment bonds with their children.
