I’m drawn to the quiet, tender places people carry—the emotions that don’t always have language, the patterns that feel hard to break, and the parts of you that have learned to adapt or stay hidden to survive. I believe therapy is a space to gently turn toward those experiences with care and honesty, allowing for deeper understanding and meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationships, identity, intimacy, and life transitions, with a focus on sex therapy and perinatal mental health. My approach is relational, emotion-focused, and integrative, incorporating body-based and creative practices when helpful. I offer a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where you can show up as you are and move at your own pace toward greater connection and clarity.

My path into this work began with art, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Indiana University with a minor in Psychology, which deepened my curiosity about people, relationships, and systems. I am currently an associate marriage and family therapist specializing in sex therapy at Adler University, supporting individuals, children, couples, and families through life transitions, trauma, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is emotionally focused, culturally attuned, and trauma-informed, integrating talk therapy with somatic and creative practices. I bring a laidback, curious, direct, and compassionate presence, grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can with what they have. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengthen communication, and support meaningful growth and change.
