About Me
I believe therapy is a space for honest reflection, healing, and rediscovery. My journey into mental health care began with a deep curiosity about how people grow through hardship and what it takes to feel truly seen and heard. I specialize in [insert specialty] because I’ve witnessed how profoundly it affects people’s relationships, confidence, and sense of self—and how transformative therapy can be in rebuilding that foundation. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, safe, and empowering. Whether you’re facing burnout, grief, trauma, or just trying to make sense of life, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

Clinical Experience
Over the past 40 years, she has raised three men and has been married for over 20 years. Through these life experiences, she has developed strong nurturing skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to support others through various stages of growth. Her long-term marriage has given her a deep understanding of the challenges that come with maintaining a relationship and raising children. In addition to her family responsibilities, she volunteers her time helping teens, offering guidance, support, and a listening ear to young people navigating their own life challenges. These experiences have shaped her into a compassionate, insightful, and resourceful individual.
