“We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship” – Harville Hendrix

About Me

I’ve always been drawn to what people carry quietly—the tangled feelings, the unspoken grief, the in-betweens, the questions that don’t have easy answers. As someone who has moved across cultures and languages, I empathize with how disorienting it can be to feel like you don’t fully belong anywhere, not even to yourself. I’m not here to fix you; I’m here to help you make sense of your story, hold what’s heavy, and figure out what healing actually looks like for you.

I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are exploring their identity, navigating life transitions, making sense of how their family dynamics shaped them, and feeling stuck in their relationships. I know what it’s like to hold contradictions, to constantly translate yourself across contexts, to wonder why you are the way you are—and to long for connection that feels honest and real.

In the therapy room, I bring warmth, curiosity, and space to show up messy, uncertain, or not ready—because that’s part of the process. Whether you're renegotiating a relationship, trying to find your voice, or unraveling years of doing what was expected of you, I’ll meet you with honesty, care, and space to grow on your own terms.
